Benefits of Dramatherapy

Dramatherapy is a non-confrontational therapy therefore, it can be useful for clients who may find difficult to talk about certain issues. Traumatic experiences sometimes can be buried by the conscious mind. Through the creative work, symbols and metaphors spontaneously emerge from the unconscious. These symbols can be explored by the client to re-connect effectively to those feelings.
